For Gaming

This laptop is great, so far I have not had any problems running games. This laptop is built to handle hard gameplay.

The games I’ve ran on it so far have been, Fallout76, Fallout NV, 7 Days to Die, Elder Scrolls Online, etc.

Running 7 Days to Die on high graphics online makes the computer decently hot, Fallout 76 on max graphics looking around a lot will cause frame rate drops

And Fallout NV surprisingly uses the memory up sometimes. However I think that is a problem with how the game was developed.

So high end games like Fallout 76 will cause frame rate drops on Ultra graphic settings, but high graphics work just fine.

And games with lots of components like 7 Days to Die build up a lot of heat on the highest graphics.

The heat causes no issues and is easily combated by the Nitro cooling, the frame rates however do get in the way, so unfortunately this computer can not handle ultra graphics on high end games while making quick movements.

For 3D Rendering

If you are someone who is interested in 3D rendering then I’m happy to say that this laptop supports it just fine.

I like to play around with the rendering and try to create simple things, however I do still have some issues with it.

The images below are the renders I made with the computer.

Besides inexperience, the only problem I had was trying to render in hundreds to thousands of items at a time.

It depends on the items however so it’s not very consistent.

Another problem is speed, the rendering is not super fast, to render the images above, it took around 2-5 minutes. This also depends on your settings and what you have.

It’s not slow and in my opinion it’s fine, but you might see this as a long wait time for it to finish processing.

Final Notes

I strongly believe the laptop was worth the money I spent. I have had very few issues with it and would recommend it for gaming without needing to spend a lot of money.

The storage space is on the low side if you are planning on playing a lot of games, I recommend buying a external storage device too.

The fan is not loud at all in my opinion, I never notice the fan, I believe this is because of the Nitro 5 optimized cooling feature. It can however get loud, when enabling the max fan speed through the Nitro menu.
